First Time Logging In

Audit Number
If this is your first time logging in, enter your audit number (all lower case, no spaces), which you can find on your membership card.

Password
When you first log in, your password is your last name (all lower case).

After logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password.

Forgot Your Password?

If you forget your password, click the Forgot Password link and enter your audit number. You will receive an e-mail with a password that you may change upon successful log in.

Please note: 
If you receive the message, “Please enter a valid login,” a profile has not been created for you to use the web site. For assistance, please contact the NYAC Support Service Team by e-mailing [email protected]. In your e-mail, please include your audit number to avoid any delays in support.
